You are expected to rely on those documents – not this Site – when making any decision.

3. Project Information and Accuracy

All information on this Site, including but not limited to:

• prices

• unit availability

• floor plans and sizes

• specifications and finishes

• incentives and promotions

• visuals, renderings, and illustrations

is subject to change at any time without notice.

While reasonable care is taken to present information accurately, no guarantee is made that the information is complete, current, or error-free.

• Unit availability shown (if any) is not real-time and not guaranteed

• All visuals are artist impressions unless stated otherwise

• All measurements and layouts are approximate

Final and binding details are strictly those stated in the developer’s official documents.

4. Role of Site Operator

This Site is an independent marketing platform operated by the Site Operator.

The Site Operator:

• is a salesperson under [Agency Name]

• is not the developer

• does not enter into contracts on behalf of the developer via this Site

Nothing on this Site creates:

• any direct contractual relationship between you and the Site Operator;

• any obligation on the Site Operator to secure or allocate units;

• any guarantee of pricing, priority, or availability.

5. No Agency Relationship Created

Your use of this Site, including:

• submitting enquiries

• requesting brochures

• booking appointments

• messaging via WhatsApp or forms

does not create:

• any exclusive agency relationship;

• any fiduciary duty;

• any obligation for the Site Operator to act on your behalf.

Any formal engagement must be separately agreed in writing, where applicable.
